First class experience with Darren at Billingham Martin not only doing a great job helping me with the purchase but also went well out of his way to provide excellent service for both me and the buyer through to the end of the full process including mediating between solicitors to keep things moving and with solid after care post completion. Not your average high street estate agent and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell who wants an honest, professional and reliable estate agent.
